大洋多金属结核船上加工方案设想

摘    要:从加工工艺、能源、辅助材料和产品结构方面,对大洋结核“船上加工”进行技术和经济论证,预测“船上加工”发展前景。认为常温常压活化硫酸浸出法是“船上加工“的理想工艺,并提出用固态硫磺在船上就地制取二氧化硫和硫酸并发电和用压煮法结晶硫酸猛取代碳酸铵沉淀猛两项技术措施,可解决加工船的能源,同时节省库容和运输量,以100万t/a处理规模计,节省库容和年运输量分别为约7万m3和86万t。大洋结核“船上加工”存在在技术上的可能性,与陆地加工相比,“船上加工”基建投资略高,而作业成本略低。

Abstract:The technical and economical analyses of ocean nodule processing on ship are conducted based on the technology, energy supply and auxiliary materials, and product structure, and the future of development is prospected In the consideration, the activating sulfuric acid leaching process under ambient temperature and pressure is one of ideal processes for the ocean nodules processing on ship Two technical measures are proposed and 70000m 3 storeroom and 0 86Mt/a transportation are saved The sulfur dioxide and sulfuric acid are produced in situ from elemental sulfur, and power supply is as the by product The deposition of manganese by amonium bicarbonate is substituted by manganese sulfate crystallization with pressure evaporation The ocean nodule processing on ship is technologically feasible, and the investment is higher and the operation cost is lower than that processing on land
