四川某铅锌混合矿选矿工艺试验

摘    要:以含铅0.85%、含锌6.53%的四川某铅锌混合矿为研究对象,通过4种不同选矿工艺对比试验,得出采用先选铅后硫化锌氧化锌混选的工艺流程是可行的,其闭路试验获得了精矿品位、回收率分别为51.16%、64.84%的铅精矿和50.03%、90.23%的锌精矿,产品均符合YB114-81五级品的质量要求。

Abstract:Took a lead zinc mixed concentrate of Sichuan which containing lead 0.85% and zinc 6.53% as the research target,through contrast tests of 4 different kind of ore dressing technology process,got it’s feasible of process of lead dressing first then zinc sulfide zinc oxide mixed dressing,lead concentrate of grade 51.16% and recovery rate 64.84% and zinc concentrate of grade 50.03% and recovery rate 90.23% were obtained in closed-circuit test,products were all meet the quality demanding of YB114-81 fifth class.
