某铁硫铜复杂多金属矿选矿试验

摘    要:对安徽某铁硫铜多金属矿进行了矿石性质研究,铁硫铜嵌布关系复杂、嵌布粒度粗细不均。对原矿进行阶段磨矿,进行了磁选和浮选组合工艺试验,可获得铁品位66.08%、硫品位为0.148%、铁回收率为81.09%的铁精矿;硫品位为41.27%、硫回收率为75.08%的硫铜混合精矿。根据试验结果,推荐的试验流程为阶段磨矿-弱磁选-硫铜混浮-铁精矿脱硫选矿工艺流程。

Abstract:Studied the characteristic of a iron-sulfur-copper polymetallic ores from Anhui province and found the complicated dissemination between iron,sulfur and copper,rough and fine uneven disseminated size.Taking stage grinding to primary ores,and group technology of magnetic separation and flotation,can get the iron concentrate with grade at 66.08%,sulfur grade at 0.148%,recovery at 81.09%; sulfur-copper complex concentrate with S grade at 41.27%,S recovery at 75.08%.According to the test results,recommend the experiment process as stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-sulfur-copper bulk flotation-desulfurization of iron concentrate.
