湛钢二次资源综合利用实践

摘    要:为了实现钢铁企业二次资源的高效返生产利用,针对二次资源有害元素多,粒度、成分、水分等物化性质差异性的问题,湛江钢铁进行了二次资源直接配入烧结生产的研究及配入固废处置中心生产的研究,得到在控制好各种二次资源使用比例的情况下,对烧结生产和固废处置中心生产影响不大的结果,可实现二次资源的高效综合利用,有利于降低企业成本和实现环境友好。

Abstract:In order to realize the efficient recycling of secondary resources in iron and steel enterprises,the problem of many harmful elements in secondary resources and differences in physical and chemical properties such as particle size,composition,and moisture are addressed.Zhanjiang Iron & Steel conducted research on the secondary resources directly allocated to the sintering production and the research on the production of the solid waste disposal center.When the use ratio of various secondary resources was well controlled,it had little effect on the production of the sinter production and solid waste disposal center.As a result,it is concluded that achieving efficient and comprehensive utilization of secondary resources is conducive to reducing enterprise costs and achieving environmental friendly.
