摘    要:在国家环保和生态文明建设不断推进的政策背景下,传统的石料矿山的砂石骨料供应压力、环境压力越来越大,给非煤固体资源矿山的废石高效综合利用提供了难得的机遇。马鞍山地区各铁矿用近矿围岩加工的砂石骨料和从选矿流程中产出的砂石均是市场可用建材,销售情况较好。马钢高村矿石细碎产品的磁滑轮干抛尾矿是生产建材的好原料,因此,科学确定干抛废石的MFe品位有利于提高企业的经济效益、实现固废资源的高效利用和建设绿色矿山的发展目标。在提出了干抛临界品位这一概念的基础上,基于试验和生产实践,论证了干抛MFe品位和经济效益、社会效益最大化的关系。研究认为:①传统强调磁性铁损失率观念已不适应新的形势,应通过系统试验和经济、环境效益分析来确定干抛临界MFe品位,和与之相对应的干抛产率。②现场确定的10%左右的干抛产率偏低;干抛产率从9.14%提高至14.02%,新增贫连生体MFe品位为2.87%,在当前市场条件下每年可创造1 034.40万元的经济效益。③基于当前的市场条件和2个干抛试验推演,预测的临界MFe品位大约在4%,对应的干抛产率大约为15.5%、干抛作业全尾矿MFe品位大约在1.95%、MFe损失率可以达到2.5%左右。

Determining Dry discarding Grade Reasonably and Achieving Synchronous Optimization for Economics and Resourse Benefits of Gaocun Ores

Abstract:Under the background of the national policy of continuously advancing environmental protection and ecological civilization construction,the supply pressure of sandstone aggregate and environmental pressure in traditional sandstone mines are growing,which provides a rare opportunity for the high efficient and comprehensive utilization of waste rock in non coal solid resources mines.The sandstone aggregate processed by near ore surrounding rocks and the sandstone produced from ore dressing process are available building materials for the markets in Maanshan area,and perfomance better in sales situation.The dry discarding tailings of fine crushing products from magnetic pulley in Masteel Gaocun ore are good raw materials for the production of building materials.Therefore,scientific determination of MFe grade of dry discarding waste rock is conducive to the improvement of enterprise economic benefits,the realization of solid waste resourse efficient utilization and the development goal of building green mines.On the basis of the concept of critical grade in dry discarding process,the relationship between dry discarding MFe grade with economic benefit and social benefit maximization is demonstrated based on experiment and production practice.The researches suggest that: ① traditional notion which emphasises on loss rate of magnetic iron has not adapted to the new situation.Systematic tests,and economic and environmental benefits analysis should be carried out to determine the dry discarding critical MFe grade,and the corresponding dry discarding yield.② The dry discarding yield of about 10% determined on site is slightly low.When the dry discarding yield increased from 9.14% to 14.02%,the MFe grade of new low grade interlocked increased to 2.87%,bringing about the annual economic benefits of 10.344 milions in the current market conditions.③ Based on the current market conditions and two dry discarding tests,the critical MFe grade is predicted to be about 4% and the corresponding dry discarding yield is about 15.5%.The MFe grade of total tailings in dry discarding operation is about 1.95%,and the MFe loss rate could reach about 2.5%.
