河南某铝土矿中锂的浮选回收与提取试验

摘    要:河南省某地铝土矿矿石中Li2O品位为026%,锂主要赋存在高岭石、伊利石等黏土矿物中。为确定铝土矿伴生锂的开发利用工艺,进行了铝土矿浮选工艺试验和富锂精矿的提取试验研究。试验结果表明:采用2粗1精、中矿顺序返回的铝土矿浮选闭路流程,可获得Al2O3品位6172%,铝硅比为1145的铝土矿精矿产品和Li2O品位057%、回收率为7897%的富锂精矿;富锂精矿与浓硫酸熟化液(固液比)1∶1混合后,在熟化温度180 ℃、浸出液固比2∶1~3∶1、浸出时间10 min、浸出温度常温的情况下,Li2O浸出率达到9464%,最终得到纯度为9956%的碳酸锂产品。采用硫酸熟化—浸出—净化—提锂工艺可实现河南某地铝土矿中锂高回收率和获得高纯度产品的目的,具有一定的实际价值。

Abstract:The lithium bearing bauxite which comes from Henan province contains 0.26% Li2O,and lithium mainly occurs in the kaolinite and illite.In order to determine the development and utilization of lithium bearing bauxite technology,bauxite flotation tests and the experimental study on the extraction of lithium have been carried out.The results show that through two roughings,one cleaning and middling back to the flowsheet in turn flotation closed circle process,the final Al2O3 grade is 61.72%,A/S is 11.45,and Li2O grade is 0.57%,recovery rate is 78.97%;Rich lithium concentrate with concentrated sulfuric acid curing liquid mixed (solid liquid ratio 1∶1,the curing temperature 180 ℃,leaching liquid solid ratio 2∶1 to 3∶1,10 min leaching time,leaching temperature at room temperature,the leaching rate of Li2O can reach 9464% and got the purity of 99.56% lithium carbonate products finally.Thus,the process of sulfuric acid curing leaching purification extracting lithiumcan achieve high recovery rate and purity of lithium in Henan bauxite,and this process has certain practical value.
