摘    要:为解决甘肃某低品位、高泥、高镁难选硫化镍矿石分选中的矿泥影响问题,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,采用预先浮选脱泥—泥砂分别浮选工艺回收镍,有效地降低了高镁含泥矿物对镍浮选的干扰。研究确定的全闭路流程获得的镍精矿1含镍 295%,镍回收率为462%;镍精矿2含镍585%,镍回收率为7738%;镍总回收率为8200%。该研究成果对高镁低品位硫化镍资源的开发利用具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of sludge in the separation of a low grade,high mud and high magnesium refractory nickel sulfide ore in Gansu province,based on the study of process mineralogy,a pre flotation deslim sand flotation process was adopted to recover nickel,which effectively reduced the interference of high magnesium argillaceous minerals on nickel flotation.The nickel concentrate 1 obtained by the closed circuit process was containing 2.95% nickel and the nickel recovery was 4.62%.Nickel concentrate 2 contains 5.85% nickel and the recovery of nickel is 77.38%.The total nickel recovery was 82.00%.The research results have reference significance for the development and utilization of high magnesium and low grade nickel sulfide resources.
