摘    要:兴洲铁矿资源具有储量大、品位低、矿区地表开采条件复杂的特点,为有效开发利用资源,保护地表及其附属物,在铁矿石市场价格低迷的状况下实现效益最大化,依据开采条件选择地下开采方式,优化设计斜坡道+副井开拓方案,采用阶段矿房法、分段采矿法,嗣后尾砂充填开采。根据采矿方法计算生产能力并结合市场价格变化因素,确定工业矿体200万t/a和混采400万t/a生产规模,成功满足了矿山资源综合利用、地表防护和分期投资建设需求,实现价格为导向规模化生产,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。

Abstract:Xingzhou iron deposit is characterized by large resource reserve,low grade and complex mining conditions of the surface of mining area,in order to make full use of the resources of the mine,and protect the surface and its appendage,realize the maximize benefits under the conditions of market price depression of iron ores,based on the mining conditions of the mine,the excavation scheme of ramp and auxiliary shaft is selected,the sublevel chamber stoping method,sublevel stoping and backfilling tailings mining method are adopted.Based on the production capacity calculated by mining methods and combined with the variation factors of market price,the production capacity of 2×106 t/a (industrial ore-bodies) and 4×106 t/a (mixed ore-bodies) are determined,therefore,the requirement of comprehensive utilization of mineral resources,surface protection and stage investment construction are met,the goal of price oriented production with a certain scale is realized,the good economic benefit and social benefit are both obtained.
