低品位铅锌矿选矿工艺的研究

摘    要:某低品位铅锌矿含铅3.11%、含锌2.50%,采用一段磨矿(-0.074mm 66.640%)、优先浮铅的选矿工艺,用浮选硫化矿的常规药剂分选,可分别得到品位61.58%、回收率87.01%的铅精矿和品位48.69%、回收率62.91%的锌精矿.

Abstract:A low grade lead-zinc ore, containing 3. 107% Pb and 2. 50% Zn, is separated by using selective floation technology with single-stage grinding (--0. 074 nun 66. 40%) and conventional reagents of sulphide ore. The test results are as follows: the grade of lead con- centrate is 61. 58% Pb with the recovery of 87. 01% and the grade of zinc concentrate is 48. 69% Zn with the recovery of 62. 91%.
