难选白钨矿选矿新工艺的研究

摘    要:依据白钨矿矿石性质,采用一次磨细的单一浮选流程,在Na2CO3碱性介质中用改性Na2Sio3和改性脂肪酸进行白钨矿粗选,采用水玻璃+YN进行白钨加温精选,小型试验和工业试验均获得良好的指标。在原矿含WO31.45%的工业试验中,获得白钨精矿品位68.19%,回收率82.16%。

Abstract:On the basis of study on the ore property of scheelite, a single flotation flowsheet with fine grinding at one stage is adopted, the roughing of scheelite is carried out with a modified Na\-2SiO\-3 and modified fatty acid in an alkaline (Na\-2CO\-3) medium, the scheelite rougher concentrate is then cleaned with an agent, YN and water glass at elevated temperature. Good results have been achieved in both lab test and commercial test. A commercial test on a raw ore containing 1\^45% of WO\-3 resulted in a scheelite concentrate with the grade of 68\^19% and the recovery of 82\^16%.
