摘    要:圆管式普通热管和槽道式平板热管相比,槽道式平板热管与CPU直接接触,具有传热能力高、工作稳定的优点,但其制造工艺复杂.本文提出的热型连铸法可直接铸出截面形状复杂的槽道式平板热管.且制作工艺简单.

Abstract:By comparison with general round heat pipe and flat heat pipe with grooves, the later closely contacts CPU, so it is characterized by high heat transfer capacity and stable operation, but the manufacturing process is complex. Perplexing section shape flat heat pipe with grooves is directly cast by Ohno continuous casting method in the paper, and the process is simple.
