| Abstract: | By comparison with general round heat pipe and flat heat pipe with grooves, the later closely contacts CPU, so it is characterized by high heat transfer capacity and stable operation, but the manufacturing process is complex. Perplexing section shape flat heat pipe with grooves is directly cast by Ohno continuous casting method in the paper, and the process is simple. |
