硝酸铅活化黑钨矿浮选的研究

摘    要:硝酸铅对黑钨矿浮选有显著的活化作用,采用硝酸铅作活化剂对含WO31.62%的柿竹园黑钨细泥进行浮选试验,获得黑钨精矿含WO366.04%,回收率90.36%.本文从浮选溶液化学角度,对硝酸铅水解后的各成分进行分析计算表明,在pH小于9.5时,Pb2+和Pb(OH)+是起活化作用的主要成分.硝酸铅可使黑钨矿表面的ζ电位由负变正,铅离子在黑钨矿表面的特性吸附促进了捕收剂的作用

Abstract:Lead nitrate imposes obvious activation effect on wolframite flotation. When lead nitrate was applied as activator to conduct flotation test for wolframite slime in Shizhuyuan Mill (the content of WO\-3 is 1\^62%), the wolframite concentrate containing WO\-3 66\^04% can be obtained with the recovery of 90\^36%. Viewing from the angle of flotation solution chemistry and calculating all components after the hydrolysis of lead nitrate, we have got the results that when pH is less than 9\^5, Pb\+\{2+\} and Pb(OH)\++ are the main constituents for activation: lead nitrate can change Zeta potential on the wolframite surface from negative to positive; lead ions promote the effect of collectors by their special adsorption on wolframite surface.
