热喷涂技术的现状和应用

摘    要:热涂包括火焰涂,电弧喷涂,等离子喷涂,爆炸喷涂和超音速火焰喷涂,是表面防护和表面强化的新技术,近年来在中国发展迅速。文章阐述了当前中国热喷涂设计的水平和国产热喷涂材料的情况,列举了喷涂技术在中国的航空,石油化工,煤炭,电力,水利,等领域的研究和应用实例,指出热喷涂技术在中国必将具有广阔的发展前景。

Abstract:Thermal spraying, including flame spraying, electric arc spraying, plasma spraying, explosive spraying and high velocity oxygen fuel, is a new technology for surface protection and surface reinforcement. It has been developing rapidly in China. In this paper, the current situation is described regarding to the level of equipment and domestic materials for thermal spraying; examples of its study and application in China are given in the fields such as aviation, petrochemical industry, coal mining, electric power industry, water conservancy, locomotive & auto industry, ship\|building industry, medical industry, food\|stuff machinery, decoration, etc., it is also pointed out that thermal spraying will be very promising in China.
