二硫化钨在发动机油中的摩擦学性能研究

摘    要:采用四球摩擦实验机对二硫化钨超细粉末在发动机油中的摩擦学性能进行了研究.并与添加剂氯化石蜡和二硫化钼进行了比较。同时用X射线光电子能谱仪对磨痕表面元素进行分析。以探讨二硫化钨的润滑机理.结果表明:二硫化钨粉超细末在汽油机油中具有优良的抗磨减摩性能。其摩擦学性能优于氯化石蜡和二硫化钼.含二硫化钨超细粉末1%的60号发动机油具有最佳的润滑性能.

Abstract:The tribological characteristics of ultrafine WS_2 powders added in engine oil have been investigated by four-ball machine test,and compared with chloroparaffins(T302) and molybdenum disulphide(MoS_2),and meanwhile we have analyzed the tribochemical species of the worn surface by means of X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscope(XPS),to research the lubricating mechanism of WS_2.The results show that antiwear and friction-reducing abilities of ultrafine WS_2 powders in petrol engine oil are excellent,and obviously better than that of T302 and MoS_2,and through the experiments we know that the 60# engine oil containing 1 percent of ultrafine WS_2 powders has the best lubricating effectiveness.
