提高多芯焊锡丝和抗氧化焊锡条质量的研究

摘    要:研究了生产工艺中影响多芯焊锡丝和抗氧化焊锡条产品质量的因素和解决办法。为了保证产品的质量,必须根据其性能要求选择质优价廉的焊剂,绝对保证焊锡丝中焊剂的含量,杜绝焊锡丝的断芯现象,活化剂是对焊剂质量起关键作用的材料,不同等级的焊料要选用不同的活化剂,用中间合金法生产的抗氧化焊锡条的质量比用直接加入法生产的好,并且工艺流程短,能耗低,产品合格率高。

Abstract:Factors that affect the quality of multi- core solder wire and anti- oxidation solder stick and the solution for the production process are studied.In order to guarantee the product quality,high- quality,low- cost flux should be selected according to its performance demand,so thatthe contentof flux in the solder wire can be ensured absolutely and the core- cut phenomena of the solder wire can be eliminated.Activator is the key material for the quality of the flux,and differentactivators should be selected for differentfluxes.The quali- ty of the anti- oxidation solder stick produced by the intermediate alloy method is better than that produced by the direct addition method.It has the advantages of short technological process,low energy consumption and high qualified rate.
