摘    要:本文针对西铭矿近距离赋存的9#煤层49407工作面顶板控制困难的情况,对工作面液压支架进行选型验算,并采用液压支架电液控制技术,经现场试用后不仅能够有效控制工作面顶板,还可以实现控制台远程监控,达到了工作面安全高效生产的目的,具有一定的经济技术效果,可以推广应用到本矿类似条件的9#煤层工作面生产当中。

Abstract:Aiming at the difficult roof control of 49407 working face in No.9 coal seam in Ximing mine, this paper selects and checks the hydraulic support of the working face, and adopts the hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control technology, which can not only effectively control the roof of the working face, but also realize remote monitoring by the console and the goal of safe and efficient production of the working face, and can be promoted and be applied to the production of working face under similar conditions.
