| 摘 要： | 巷道快速掘进技术是缓解矿井接替紧张的关键措施之一。以虎龙沟煤业51505巷为工程背景,提出试验巷道快速掘进工艺和支护技术,巷道采用EBZ-220型综掘机破岩,采用机载临时支架实现临时支护,采用锚杆、锚索、W型钢带、金属网实现永久支护,掘进工艺与支护技术应用后,有效提高了工作面掘进效率,改善了巷道围岩控制效果,实现了51505巷道的快速掘进和稳定控制。

| Abstract: | The paper presents the application of rapid tunneling and supporting technology in 51505 roadway of Hulonggou Coal Industry Co.Ltd., with EBZ-220-typed roadheader in rock breaking, the temporary support with airborne temporary support and the permanent support with bolt, anchor, W-typed steel belt, metal mesh, which can improve the tunneling efficiency of working face and the control effect of roadway surrounding rock, and realize the fast tunneling and stability control of 51505 roadway. |
