40T刮板输送机可缩机尾设计与应用

矿井下掘进、维修等工作地点使用的40T型刮板输送机,在实际生产过程中,需要不断的延伸和缩短运输机,即频繁的掐链子。而运输机的制动闸设在机头处的减速器上,且不好用。而延伸和缩短运输机一般都在机尾处,需要传信号等非常不方便,并且因为掐链子而伤手指的事故发生的较多。为此我们自行设计研制了一种用液压千斤顶控制的可缩机尾,解决了这一难题。

Design and Application of Retractable Tail in 40T Scraper Conveyor

40T scraper conveyor,which is used at the working places of driving and maintaining,needs extending and shortening in the process of actual production——that is frequent chain pinch.But the damper brake on the reducer of conveyor head is not practicable in signaling because chain pinches usually occur at the conveyor tail and cause accidents of finger injury.To solve the problem,the authors design and develop a retractable tail controlled by hydraulic jack.
