高瓦斯矿井回采工作面瓦斯综合抽采技术实践

摘    要:为了解决高瓦斯矿井工作面瓦斯涌出量大、瓦斯浓度高,制约工作面安全生产的问题,以亨元煤业为背景,结合矿井开采及瓦斯地质条件,确定了本煤层顺层钻孔抽采、穿层钻孔抽采邻近层和覆岩裂隙带瓦斯、以及对上隅角布置抽采管路进行抽采的综合治理方法。试验表明,工作面开采期间瓦斯涌出正常,上隅角瓦斯浓度保持在0.56%以下,实现了工作面安全高效开采。

Abstract:To solve the problems of large gas emission and high gas concentration in the face of high gas mines that restricts the safety production of the face,with Hengyuan Coal Industry as the background,comprehensive treatment methods for drilling along the layer of the coal seam,drilling through layers to extract gas in adjacent layers and overlying fissures,and extracting the drainage pipe arranged at the upper corner has been determined combined with mine mining and gas geological conditions,which proves that the gas emission is normal during the mining of the working face,the gas concentration in the upper corner is kept below 0.56%,and realizes safe and efficient mining of the working face.
