摘 要: | 采用预处理除杂—银浮选—重浮联合选锡的选矿新工艺处理玻利维亚某锡尾矿。选银过程中采用高效捕收剂BK305,最终获得了银品位4 500 g/t、银回收率73. 63%的银精矿。选银脱硫尾矿采用粗粒重选、细粒浮选—重选联合的选锡工艺流程,获得了锡品位48. 37%、锡回收率52. 38%的锡精矿,实现了尾矿中有价金属的综合回收。

Study on a new process of recovering silver and tin from an old tin tailings in Bolivia |

Abstract: | An old tin tailings in Bolivia was treated by a new process of pretreatment - silver floatation - flotation-gravity separation combination flowsheet. High efficiency collector BK305 was used in the process of silver floatation, in the end, silver concentrates was obtained with a silver grade of 4500 g/t and a silver recovery rate of 73.63%, tin concentrates was obtained with a tin grade of 48.37% and a tin recovery rate of 52.38% by flotation-gravity separation combination flowsheet, Realizing the comprehensive recovery of valuable metals in tailings. |
