摘    要:随着铜硫矿山资源的不断开采,入选矿石品位下降,矿石的组成和性质复杂、嵌布粒度细,共生关系密切。在对某含金铜硫矿石性质研究的基础上,采用优先浮选工艺与混合浮选工艺进行对比,探索两个工艺的最优流程与药剂制度,对精矿、尾矿进行分析,结果显示优先浮选工艺在细度-0.074mm 90%时取得的指标最优,获得铜精矿指标为:产率1.99%、品位21.25%、回收率91.62%、Au品位12.28g/t、Au回收率70.26%,硫精矿指标为:产率2.58%、品位49.59%,回收率54.47%;混合浮选工艺在磨矿细度为-0.074mm 80%时,获得铜精矿指标为:产率2.00%、品位19.15%、回收率83.04%、Au品位9.81g/t、Au回收率56.36%,硫精矿指标为:产率3.11%、品位39.14%,回收率51.85%。优先浮选艺流程简单,操作过程稳定可靠,指标较好,药剂制度简单,易于控制,适用于生产。对类似的含金铜硫矿物浮选具有重要参考价值。

Selective Flotation and Mixed Flotation Technology in Increasing the Recovery of Copper-sulfide Ore Containing Gold

Abstract:With the continued excavation of mining resources, the grade of run-of-mine ore declines and also with complex composition and properties, fine-grain cloth inlay, close symbiotic. On the basis of researching copper-sulfide ore properties, the paper compared the effects and explored optimal process and pharmaceutical system between selective flotation and mixed flotation technology, also analyzed the concentrate and tailings. The results shown that the optimal grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 90% in selective flotation technology, with the indices of copper concentrate were 1.99% yield, 21.25% grade, 91.62% recovery, Au grade of 12.28 g/t, gold recovery of 70.26%, the indices of sulfur concentrate for 2.58% yield, 49.59% grade, 54.47% recovery; Mixed flotation technology with optimum grinding fineness was -0.074mm 80%, in addition, copper concentrate indices were the 2.00% yield, 19.15% grade, 83.04% recovery, Au grade 9.81 g/t, gold recovery 56.36%, sulfur concentrate indices for 3.11% yield, 39.14% grade, 51.85% recovery. Selective flotation was not complicated, as well as the operation process was stable and reliable, better indicators, simple agent system, easily control, suitable for the production. Moreover the paper provided important reference value for similar selection process of copper-sulfide ore containing gold.
