组合捕收剂低温浮选某铅锌尾矿中萤石的试验研究

摘    要:某铅锌浮选尾矿中,含有CaF2 21.13%,品位较高,具有一定的经济价值。为实现该尾矿中萤石资源的综合回收利用,分别进行了Na2CO3用量试验、抑制剂配比试验、单一捕收剂试验、组合捕收剂配比试验、组合捕收剂用量试验及浮选温度试验等条件试验。条件试验结果表明,当Na2CO3用量为400g/t,Na2SiO3用量为500g/t,腐殖酸钠用量为300g/t,组合捕收剂中油酸钠(OL)与石油磺酸钠(SPS)比例为2:1时,组合捕收剂用量为200g/t时,能取得较好的萤石浮选指标,且浮选结果受温度影响较小。在上述试验确立的药剂制度的基础上,进行了闭路试验,最终获得的精矿中萤石品位为品位97.32%,回收率为78.08%。

Experimental study on low-temperature flotation of fluorite from a lead-zinc tailings with combined collectors

Abstract:The fluorite in a lead-zinc flotation tailings is of high grade, with a CaF2 content of 21.13%, which has high economic value. In order to realize the comprehensive recovery of fluorite in the tailings, conditions tests such as Na2CO3 dosage test, depressant ratio test, single collector test, combined collector ratio test, combined collector dosage test and flotation temperature test were carried out. The condition tests results show that when the dosage of Na2CO3 is 400g/t, the dosage of Na2SiO3 is 500g/t, the dosage of sodium humate is 300g/t, and the ratio of sodium oleate(OL) to sodium petroleum sulfonate(SPS) in the combined collector is 2:1, the dosage of combination collector is 200g/t, a good fluorite flotation index can be obtained, and the flotation result is less affected by temperature. On the basis of the pharmaceutical system established by the above experiment, a closed circuit test was carried out. The final grade of fluorite obtained was 97.32%, and the recovery rate was 78.08%.
