某氧化锌矿浮选试验研究

摘    要:对某氧化锌矿进行光谱分析、物相分析及多元素分析,结果表明该氧化锌矿的氧化率在98%以上,且矿石中锌矿物成分复杂,主要以菱锌矿和异极矿形式产出,根据该矿的矿物学特征,采用一次粗选、一次扫选、两次精选的选别流程,以L—06为捕收剂,闭路试验表明,锌精矿品位≥25%、回收率≥78%。

EXPERIMENT STUDY OF FLOTATION ON ZINC OXIDEORE

Abstract:This article is based on spectra analysis of run-of-mine ore, Analysis zinc phase and chemical analysis. The oxidation rate of the zinc oxide ore is over 98%, The zinc minerals including smith sonite and heminorphite is very complex. According to the minerals of this ore, the L-06 as collector, the flowsheet of mineral process included one rougher, one scavenging, stages cleaner, The zinc concentrate grade was over 25% and its recovery was 78% after the closed-circuit test.
