组合捕收剂浮选回收云南某白钨矿的选矿试验研究

摘    要:在利用组合捕收剂浮选回收云南某低品位白钨矿的试验研究中,采用捕收剂731与GYB、GYR与GYB以及731与SDBS组合作为白钨矿浮选的捕收剂,均比采用单一的捕收剂731取得了更好的浮选指标,且731与SDBS的组合捕收效果最好。当731与SDBS用量均为200 g/t,加药顺序为先添加731后添加SDBS时,所得钨粗精矿的WO_3品位为3.65%、回收率为77.76%,比单加731时品位提高了1.14个百分点、回收率提高了2.61个百分点;比生产现场实际的钨粗精矿品位提高了2.34个百分点,回收率提高了8.91个百分点,富集比提高了12个百分点。

Experimental Study on Scheelite Flotation with Combined Collectors

Abstract:In the test of recovering low grade scheelite in Yunnan, the combined collectors 731 and GYB, GYR and GYB, 731 and SDBS instead of simplex collector 731 were used , and better results were achieved. When 731:SDBS=1:1 with total amount of agents were 400 g/t, and added the 731 first, the best performance was gained which rough concentrate grade of WO3 was 3.65% and recovery was 77.76%, and the grade of scheelite concentrate increased respectively by 1.14 percent and 2.34 percent, and recovery increased respectively by 2.61 percent and 8.91 percent were obtained compared with the 731 and the actual production. Meanwhile, the enrichment ratio increased 12 higher than the actual production.
