江西某钼矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:对江西某钼矿进行了工艺矿物学研究。针对该矿石的原矿性质,以石灰为抑制剂、煤油为捕收剂对该钼矿进行了优先浮钼—粗精矿再磨再选的浮选工艺试验。经过一次粗选、一次扫选、六次精选的闭路试验,获得钼品位46.78%、钼回收率80.40%的技术指标,使原矿中的钼得到有效回收。

Research on Mineral Processing Technology of a Molybdenum Ore in Jiangxi

Abstract:The paper gives an investigation on technological mineralogy of a molybdenum ore in Jiangxi.Through analysis of the property of run-of-mine ore,a series of flotation tests on molybdenum was conducted including preferential flotation followed by primary concentrate regrinding and re-dressing using lime as depressor and kerosene as collector.Closed-circuit tests contain one roughing flotation,one scavenger flotation and six cleaning flotation.Eventually through closed-circuit test the molybdenum concentrate grading 46.78% Mo was obtained at recovery of 80.40%.Molybdenum minerals were effectively recovered.
