摘    要:在研究矿石性质的基础上,通过大量、详细的试验,确定了与该矿相适宜的选别工艺流程。采用粗磨—选择性浮选—中矿再磨再选工艺流程获得了良好的技术经济指标,铜精矿品位达21.69%,回收率82.82%。为该类铜矿资源的合理开发利用提供了较好的工艺技术。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON NEW FLOTATION TECHNOLOGY OF THE REFRACTORY COPPER ORE

Abstract:Base on studying of properties of the refractory copper ore and a large number of particular tests,the suitable mineral processing flowsheet has been defined.By adopting the technological flowsheet of coarse grinding-selective flotation-middling regrinding and reprocessing,good techno-economic indices were obtained: the copper concentrate grade reached 21.69%,and the recovery 82.82%.An advanced technique for rationally exploiting and utilizing the copper resources was provided.
