摘 要: | 对九乡赤褐铁矿加工规格矿的细粒尾矿进行了选矿试验研究,采用粗粒干选-细粒焙烧磁选的技术方案,得到粗粒(粒径+0.5mm)铁精矿产率为38.32%、铁品位为56.60%、回收率为51.88%和细粒(粒径-0.5mm)铁精矿产率为42.70%、铁品位为68.04%、回收率为68.53%的选矿指标。认为采用粗粒干选-细粒焙烧磁选工艺处理该矿,流程简单,经济、技术指标较好。

A STUDY ON TAILING'S BENEFICIATION OF FINELY-DISSEMINATED REFRACTORY HEMATITE-LIMONITE |

Abstract: | A test to produce the qualified concentrate was carried out to tailings of finely-disseminated refractory Jiuxiang hematite. By the technology, dry magnetic separation at coarse particles -roasting -magnetic separation at fine particles, the percentage of concentrate yield at the coarse fraction (particle size +0.5mm) accounts for 38.32%, with a grade of 56.60%, and a recovery of 51.88%; the percentage of concentrate yield at the fine fraction (particle size-0.5mm) accounts for 42.70%,with a grade of 68.04%,and a recovery of 68.53%. The said technology, with simple flowsheet and relatively good techno -economic index, is suitable to treat the ore. |
