摘    要:四川某铅锌矿选矿厂抛弃的尾矿中锌品位约为2%,其中氧化锌占90%左右。因含泥高、品位低、选矿难度大,而无法回收弃之于尾矿库中。本研究采用螺旋溜槽脱泥、摇床富集(品位到4.5%左右)、浮选的联合流程解决了这一难题,获得锌品位33%、浮选作业回收率86%的氧化锌精矿。

MINERAL PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH FOR RECYCLING OXIDIZED ZINC FROM TAILINGS OF LEAD-ZINC ORE

Abstract:The zinc grade of the tailings that a lead-zinc mineral processing plant abandons is about 2%,of which Oxidized zinc one is about 90%.Because of the high slime containing,low grade,mineral processing is difficult and the zinc that can't be recycled is abandoned to tailings storage.As a result,the resource is largely wasted.This research employs spiral chute one-dressing to wipe of the slime,use tabling gravity to increase the grade of oxidized zinc to about 4.5% and flotation.By combining gravity concentration and flotation solves that hard question,getting oxidized zinc-concentrate of 33% grade of zinc and 86% flotation recovery.
