内蒙古某微细粒铜铅混合精矿无氰无铬分离工艺研究

摘    要:内蒙古某铜铅混合精矿中铜、铅含量分别为5.59%和49.66%,属微细粒铜铅混合精矿,铜主要以黄铜矿形式存在,铅主要以方铅矿形式存在。为有效分离内蒙古某微细粒铜铅混合精矿中的铜、铅矿物,进行了铜铅混合精矿无氰无铬分离工艺研究。结果表明:以活性炭+硫化钠作为脱药剂,以BK512(无机盐类组合抑制剂)作为方铅矿抑制剂,以Z-200作为黄铜矿捕收剂,可以实现铜铅混合精矿中黄铜矿和方铅矿的有效分离。采用"抑铅浮铜"分离工艺流程方案,闭路试验经过一次粗选、二次扫选、三次精选,最终获得铜品位22.62%、铜回收率80.04%的铜精矿,以及铅品位60.14%、铅回收率97.17%的铅精矿。

Study on Cyanide-free and Chrome-free Separation Process of A Fine Copper-lead Mixed Concentrate from Inner Mongolia

Abstract:A fine copper-lead mixed concentrate containing 5.59% Cu and 49.66% Pb was from Inner Mongolia, in which copper mainly exists in the form of chalcopyrite and lead in the form of galena. In order to effectively separate copper and lead minerals from the fine copper-lead mixed concentrate, a cyanide-free and chromium-free separation process had been studied. The results showed that the copper minerals could be successfully separated from the lead minerals in the copper-lead mixed concentrate with activated carbon and sodium sulfide as deactivation agents, BK512 as galena inhibitor and Z-200 as chalcopyrite collector. A copper concentrate of 22.62% Cu with a recovery of 80.04% and a lead concentrate of 60.14% Pb with a recovery of 97.17% could be obtained by cyanide-free and chrome-free separation process with with one stage of roughing, two stages of scavenging and three stages of cleaning.
