摘 要: | 永平铜矿矿石经过一段磨矿,铜矿物单体解离度可达到80%-85%,以高效选择性铜捕收剂EP对已单体解离的粗粒铜矿物进行选择性捕收,并采用开路优先浮选流程结构,避免了在中矿循环中使硫受到抑制,从而也提高硫的回收率。试验室多次试验获得较好试验结果,在现场完成了适应性验证试验的基础上,工业试验达到预期效果,铜精矿品位提高1.11%,铜回收率提高1.58%,硫回收率提高10.86%。

Abstract: | For Yongping copper ores the liberation degree of copper minerals of the flotation feed reachs from 80% to 85% at the situation of grinding about 65%-74μm,so the copper minerals being liberated could be collected by using high selective collector EP, mean while selective flotation with open -circuit was introduced to achieve another S concentrate and improve S recovery without the middling circulating otherwise S was heavily depressed. Cu selective flotation with open-circuit has achieved ideal test index in lab and the validating trial had got the effect as expected, then the industrial test has shown that , compared with the former process,the grade of Cu concentrate was increased by 1.11%,and the recoveries of Cu and S were increased by 1.58% and 10.90% respectively. |
