福建马坑选铁尾矿中钼回收试验

摘    要:福建马坑铁矿区尾矿堆排量已达924万t,铁尾矿中钼含量为0.06%,在经济与技术条件较成熟的当下,对该铁尾矿中的钼进行了钼回收研究。在磨矿细度为-74μm占80%的情况下,采用一次粗选、两次扫选、粗精矿再磨、四次精选、中矿顺序返回的闭路流程处理,可获得钼品位为45.30%、钼回收率为76.41%的钼精矿。

Experimental Research on Recovery of Molybdenum fromIron Tailing in Fujian

Abstract:Molybdenum grade of 0.06% waste rocks of Baiyin mining area were stacked in early mining. So far overall iron tailings with molybdenum grade of 0.06% were up to 924 million tons. With the mature economic and technical conditions, the article studied on recovering molybdenum from Fujiangmakeng iron tailings. Under the conditions of grinding fineness 80%-0.074 mm, the molybdenum concentrate of 45.30% Mo was obtained with the recovery of 76.41% through the closed circuit of one-roughing, two-scavenging, regrinding the roughing concentrate, four-cleaning and middlings returned in order.
