摘    要:烧绿石(Ca,Na)2Nb2O6(OH,F,O),铌含量超过50%,属于高含铌矿物,全球约95%的铌产自烧绿石中。巴西是烧绿石资源大国,我国约75%的烧绿石进口于巴西,我国90%铌依赖于进口。中国烧绿石资源量少,没有烧绿石工业生产案例,本文从烧绿石的矿物结构为出发点,结合国内外的选矿生产与试验结果介绍了烧绿石的选矿方法与浮选药剂,总结了国内外部分烧绿石选厂的选矿工艺流程,为烧绿石的综合利用提供了技术支撑。

Mineral characteristics and beneficiation technology of pyrochlore

Abstract:pyrochlore (Ca, Na) 2Nb2O6 (OH, F, O), which contains more than 50% niobium, is a high niobium mineral. About 95% of niobium in the world is produced in pyrochlore. Brazil is a big country of pyrochlore resources. About 75% of pyrochlore in China is imported from Brazil, and 90% of niobium in China is imported. There are few pyrochlore resources in China, and there are no pyrochlore industrial production cases. Based on the mineral structure of pyrochlore, combined with the domestic and foreign mineral processing production and test results, this paper introduces the mineral processing methods and flotation reagents of pyrochlore, summarizes the mineral processing process of some pyrochlore concentrators at home and abroad, and provides technical support for the comprehensive utilization of pyrochlore.
