某钨铜多金属共生矿资源综合利用研究

摘    要:针对某钨铜矿脉石成分以磁黄铁矿、含硅矿物及萤石为主,精矿品位难以提高的难题,采用"铜硫混选-铜硫分离"流程,配合高效浮选药剂的研发,在原矿铜、银品位分别为0.382%和12.33g/t的情况下,获得了铜品位21.75%,铜回收率89.39%,银含量442.35g/t,银回收率56.33%的含银铜精矿。与此同时,在原矿WO_3品位为0.181%的情况下,采用"磁选抛尾-常温钨粗选-加温钨精选"流程,配合高效钨捕收剂GY-10的使用,获得了WO_3品位为62.04%,WO_3回收率为71.98%的钨精矿,实现了钨铜共生矿资源的综合利用。

Study on the Comprehensive Utilization of Tungsten-Copper Polymetallic Ore Resources

Abstract:In view to the concentrate grade is difficult to improve due to the gangue minerals of a tungsten-copper mine are mainly pyrrhotite, silicon-bearing minerals and fluorite, a flowsheet consisting of Cu-S bulk flotation and Cu/S separation was adopted combined with some effective reagents. From the raw ore containing 0.382% Cu and 12.33 g/t Ag, a silver-bearing copper concentrate assaying 21.75% Cu at 89.39% recovery and 442.35 g/t Ag at 56.33% recovery was obtained. In addition, a flowsheet consisting of magnetic separation discarding tailings, room temperature tungsten roughing and heated tungsten cleaning was adopted combined the effective tungsten collector GY-10. From the raw ore containing 0.181% WO3, a tungsten concentrate assaying 62.04% WO3 at 71.98% recovery was obtained, which realized the comprehensive utilization of tungsten-copper polymetallic ore resources.
