摘    要:河北某矽卡岩型铅锌矿属低铅高锌硫化矿石,方铅矿、闪锌矿的嵌布粒度较细,且以不均匀分布为主,嵌布关系复杂。为解决选矿厂铅精矿品位和回收率偏低的问题,在实验室试验和现场流程考查的基础上,提出了改进方案并进行了工业试验。试验取得了铅精矿品位57.11%、回收率67.20%的指标,相比原生产指标,铅精矿品位提高了25.30个百分点,回收率提高了20.37个百分点,试验效果显著。

Abstract:A skarn Lead-Zinc Ore of Hebei belongs to the Low lead and high zinc Sulfide ore, galena and sphalerite have quite fine disseminated grain size, andSmainly maldistribution, embedded relation is complex. In order to solve the problem of low grade and recovery rate of lead concentrate in concentrator, the improvement scheme was put forward and the industrial experiment is carried out based on the laboratory test and field test. The test results show that the grade of lead concentrate is 57.11% and the recovery rate is 67.20%.Compared with the original production index, the grade of lead concentrate is increased by 25.30 percentage points, and the recovery rate is increased by 20.37 percentage points, experimental results were significant.
