低品位高硫铝土矿浮选脱硫磨矿工艺研究

摘    要:针对典型的低品位高硫铝土矿,通过实验室磨矿试验、粒度分析、工业试验深入考察了低品位高硫铝土矿浮选脱硫磨矿工艺。研究表明,低品位高硫铝土矿矿石较普通低品位铝土矿粒度大,可磨性差;工业试验采用两段磨矿工艺较一段磨矿工艺对矿石过磨严重,对浮选脱硫存在一定影响;采用一段磨矿工艺在原矿硫含量为1.92%条件下,获得了精矿中硫含量0.19%,硫脱除率达到90.92%的良好指标,达到了氧化铝生产对硫含量的要求,为低品位高硫铝土矿浮选脱硫工业生产提供了参考依据。

Experimental Research on Flotation Desulfurization Grinding Craft of Low Grade of High Sulfur Bauxite

Abstract:Aiming at the typical low grade of high sulfur bauxite,Sthorough investigation and study on the low grade of high sulfur bauxite flotation desulfurization in grinding process through laboratory griding test, granularity analysis, industrial test.Research has shown that Low grade of high sulfur bauxite ore is size larger than ordinary low grade bauxite and poor grindability; Industrial test uses two grinding process of ore is grinding seriously than one, and always has a certain influence on flotation desulfurization; A grinding process under the condition of ore sulfur content was 1.92%, obtained 0.19% sulfur content concentrate, sulfur removal rate of 90.51% good indicator, has reached the requirement of alumina production of sulfur content, and also provides referential basis for the low grade of high sulfur bauxite flotation desulfurization industrial production.
