摘    要:为了解决复杂难选氧—硫混合铅锌矿清洁分选、矿区生态破坏及环境污染等难题,会泽铅锌矿研究开发了多种流程结构并存的选矿新工艺,引进了国内外先进适用的选矿设备及自动化控制技术,并构建了以膏体充填和选矿废水处理回用为核心的废弃物处理与资源化利用技术,实现了矿石中有用组分的高效综合回收、选矿尾砂零堆存及选矿废水零排放,为多金属矿山清洁生产及矿产资源综合利用提供了宝贵的经验。

The Innovation and Practice of Cleaner Production in Huize Lead-zinc Ore Processing

Abstract:The sulfide-oxidized mixed lead-zinc ore in Huize lead-zinc mine was difficult to beneficiation, also the mining area ecological destruction and environmental pollution were remain difficult to control. As a result of research and development of a new combined structure of technological process, and adopt domestic and foreign advanced application of mineral processing equipment with automation control technology. The waste treatment and the resource utilization were built on the treating and recycling of wastewater, so the tailings zero-stockpiling and the beneficiation wastewater zero-discharging. The industrial practice in Huize lead-zinc mine provides some precious experiences of the cleaner production and comprehensive utilization of mineral resources for researchers and managers.
