大型球磨机钢球配比试验研究与工业应用

针对单系列磨矿流程处理能力由15 kt/d增加到了19 kt/d,磨矿细度降低较多,为了达到设计的磨矿产品细度指标-74μm占61%,进行了钢球级配小型试验研究、原矿不同粒级的浮选试验研究。得出可以通过改变球磨机钢球配比,来实现磨矿产品细度的提高和各粒级的优化。工业试验结果表明球磨机钢球配比在Φ60∶Φ40=1∶2后,+175μm粒级产率较之前明显降低,+175μm含量与只加Φ80 mm球时相比降低了6.14%。该粒级含量降低对提高浮选铜、钼回收率非常有利。加小球后磨矿细度明显提高,-74μm细度总体上较加小直径钢球前提高了3.41%。

Industrial test research and application on the steel ball matching of the large-scale ball mill

Aim at processing capacity of single series grinding increased from 15000t/d to 19000t/d, with reduction of less than 200 mesh grinding fineness. The abundant of small tests of steel ball graduation were conducted for research on steel ball matching in order to obtaining the products of 61% grinding fineness. It was shown that increasing the grinding fineness and optimizing the each fraction would be achieved by changing the steel ball graduation ratio. The yield of more than 80 mesh fractions with adding small steel ball was reduced by 3.41%, less than 200 mesh grinding fineness was increased by 6.14%, which is useful for improving flotation recovery.
