摘 要: | 某银矿氰化渣含铜、铅、锌、银、金等多种有价元素,综合回收总体价值高。针对该氰化渣特点,采用铅、铜、锌优先浮选工艺,获得了铅品位和铅回收率分别为50.98%和32.09%的铅精矿、铜品位和铜回收率分别为17.61%和81.49%的铜精矿以及锌品位和锌回收率分别为49.52%和64.11%的锌精矿,金、银在铅、铜、锌精矿产品中得到富集,为该氰化渣综合回收利用提供了依据。

Comprehensive polymetallic recovery from silver cyanide slag |

Abstract: | A high value silver cyanide residue containing copper, lead, zinc, silver and gold, was comprehensive studied about the polymetallic recovery. According to the characteristics of the cyanide residue, using the differential flotation process to serperate the lead, copper and zinc first. The concentrate was gained with the grade of the lead and lead recovery rate are 50.98% and 32.09%, the grade of the copper and copper recovery are 17.61% and 17.61%, and the grade and recovery rate of zinc and and recovery rate are 49.52% and 64.11%. Gold and silver in lead, copper, zinc concentrate products were enriched. This study provides the basis for the comprehensive recycling of the cyanide residue. |
