某复杂难选铅锌多金属硫化矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:某难选铅锌矿石,由于铅、锌矿物共生关系复杂,嵌布粒度不均匀,致使铅锌矿分选困难。试验采用细磨工艺(90%-74μm),优先浮选流程,通过添加组合抑制剂使铅锌矿物有效分离,获得合格铅、锌精矿,银也同步富集到铅精矿中。最终闭路试验获得,铅精矿品位71.4%、铅回收率94.9%,锌精矿品位55.5%、锌回收率70.9%,银总回收率达到76.34%。

MINERAL PROCESS TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH oN COMPLEX AND DIFFICULT MORE METALS ORE OF Pb,Zn
Abstract:The lead-zinc ore from a mine is featured by complicated lead-zinc intergrowth and uneven dissemination size,that causing difficulty of separation of lead,zinc minerals.The technology of fine grinding(-74μm taking 90%) and preferential flotation is tested with addition of composite inhibitor,which separates effectively the lead,zinc minerals.The tests are successful the qualified lead-concentrates and zinc-concentrates are obtained while the silver is concentrated in lead-concentrates.From the final closed circuit test index of separation is obtained,lead-concentrate grade is 71.4%,lead-concentrate recovery rate:94.9%;zinc-concentrate grade is 55.5%,zinc-concentrate recovery rate is 70.9%;silver-concentrate recovery rate is 76.34%.
