摘    要:根据某复杂铜钼矿石的原矿性质,进行了选矿试验研究。采用硫化钠及硫酸铵活化铜钼矿物,碳酸钠调整矿浆pH值,用煤油捕收铜钼矿物,可以实现铜钼矿物的高效浮选回收。在铜钼混浮粗选条件试验及精选抑制剂种类和用量试验的基础上进行了实验室小型闭路试验,可获得铜钼精矿,铜品位及回收率分别为24.41%和85.92%,钼品位及回收率分别为0.52%和70.73%。

A New Technology for Efficient Flotation of A Copper-Molybdenum Ore

Abstract:According to the properties of a complex copper-molybdenum ore,experimental study on mineral processing has been conducted.The copper and molybdenum minerals are successfully separated from the gangue minerals with sodium sulfide and ammonium sulfate as activators,sodium carbonate as pH modifier,kerosene as collector for copper and molybdenum minerals.Closed-circuit flotation test is conducted on the basis of the conditional experiments as well with a mixed concentrate of copper-molybdenum of 24.41% Cu and 0.52% Mo with recoveries of 85.92% and 70.73%,respectively obtained.
