摘 要: | 以内蒙古某混合铅锌矿石为研究对象,通过工艺矿物学和选矿工艺试验研究,结果表明,磨矿细度-74μm为60%,采用浮铅抑锌的优先浮选流程,铅锌系统各经一次粗选、一次扫选和三次精选,可获得铅精矿品位为59.69%、回收率为82.03%,锌精矿品位为41.57%、回收率为85.23%的良好指标,回收利用了部分氧化铅锌矿物,为该地铅锌矿的开采利用提供了理论依据。

Abstract: | Based on the study of mineralogy and mineral processing test on a Pb-Zn mixed ore of Inner Mongolia,a lead-zinc selective flotation by a circuit of once rough,once scavenger and triple concentrating is adopted under the condition of-74 μm grinding fineness being 60%.The results show that concentrates grading 59.69% Pb and 41.57% Zn are obtained,at recoveries of 82.03% Pb and 85.23% Zn respectively.In this process,certain lead-zinc oxide minerals are recoveried.It provides a theoretical basis for mining and developing this type of lead-zinc ore in Inner Mongolia. |
