云南兰坪低品位氧化锌矿氨浸渣可浮性试验研究

摘    要:针对云南兰坪高碱性脉石型低品位氧化锌矿,陈启元教授课题组提出了"循环氨浸—萃取—酸性电积"新工艺,此工艺中氨浸后得到的浸出渣(简称氨浸渣)主要含有闪锌矿、锌铁尖晶石和部分未浸出的氧化矿(主要是菱锌矿),氨浸渣中锌含量较高,导致新工艺的总锌回收率低于80%。为此,对氨浸渣进行浮选处理,期望回收闪锌矿和未浸出的氧化矿,以提高整个工艺锌的总回收率。采用硫化—黄药浮选法,将氨浸渣中的闪锌矿和氧化锌同时进行富集。研究结果表明,氨浸渣经过球磨预处理后,采用一次粗选、两次扫选、两次精选,得到品位为22.16%、回收率为68.97%的锌精矿,经"浸出—氨浸渣浮选"工序处理后锌总回收率达92.57%。

Research on the flotation process of leaching slag from low grade zinc oxide ore at Lanping area in Yunnan Province

Abstract:A new process "ammonia leaching-solvent extraction-electrowinning" focused on dealing with low grade zinc oxide ore in Lanping area of Yunnan was proposed by Prof.Chen Qiyuan’s research group.The ammonia leaching slag mainly contains sphalerite,francklinite and zinc oxide which had not been leached.The high content of zinc in the slag leads to the recovery of zinc in the new process less than 80%.Therefore,improving the recovery of zinc in the whole process through recovering sphalerite and zinc oxide which had not been leached by floating ammonia leaching slag was expected.In this paper,the flotation technology for zinc oxide and sphalerite by xanthate with sulfuration is developed.The results show that,through grinding and flotation process including a rough flotation step,twice scavenger steps and twice cleaner steps,the zinc concentrate obtained is the grade of 22.16% and recovery of 68.97%.And by "ammonia-leaching slag flotation" process,the recovery of zinc reaches 92.57%.
