云南某铜钼矿选矿工艺研究

摘    要:针对云南某铜钼矿的矿石特点及共生嵌布状况,对其进行了合理的药剂制度及选矿工艺研究。在采用合理药剂制度的基础上,通过铜钼混合浮选,粗精矿再进行铜钼分离,闭路试验中通过中矿再磨流程,使铜品位达到28.43%、铜回收率达到90.10%,钼品位达到48.66%、钼回收率达到76.13%的试验指标。铜钼矿物取得了较好的浮选分离效果。

Study on the Mineral Processing Technology of a Copper-Molybdenum Ore in Yunnan

Abstract:According to the characteristics and intimating intergrowth structure of a copper-molybdenum ore in Yunnan,the appropriate reagent system and mineral processing technology are investigated and proposed in this study.Experimental results show that copper and molybdenum minerals can be effectively floated as copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate and then separated with reasonable reagent system,moreover,the flotation indexes have been largely improved by addition of middling regrinding process in closed-circuit test.The final concentrates grading 28.43% Cu and 48.66% Mo were obtained,at recoveries of 90.10% Cu and 76.13% Mo respectively.
