综合回收硫精矿中铅锌银选矿工艺研究

摘    要:针对某硫精矿含有较高铅、锌、金、银等贵金属元素的特点,通过探讨浮选工艺各参数对伴生金属回收率的影响规律,采用磨矿、硫化钠脱药并硫化铅锌氧化矿物、同时使用选择性较好的捕收剂305和乙硫氮组合捕收剂的浮选工艺,可以获得铅、锌总含量高于45%、含银635 g/t的高银铅锌混合精矿。

Research of beneficiation technology on recovering the lead-zinc and silver from the sulphur concentrate

Abstract:Based on the characteristic of sulphur concentrate containing higher lead, zinc, gold, silver and other precious metal,the influence of beneficiation parameters on the recovery of associated metals has been studied. Taking 305 and diethyldithiocarbamate as collectors, mixed concentrate could be obtained by grinding, removing reagent with Na2S, sulfuring lead-zinc oxide mineral, the total content of lead and zinc in which was higher than 45% and the silver content was 635g/t.
