秘鲁某选铁尾矿海水条件下回收铜硫铁试验研究

摘    要:秘鲁某铁选厂每年产出选铁尾矿340万吨,铁尾矿中含有铜、硫、铁等多种有价元素,价值非常可观。为充分开发该尾矿资源,拟对其进行选矿试验研究。在原矿性质研究的基础上,经过大量探索试验,确定采用铜硫混浮--铜硫分离-再选铁的原则工艺流程,在海水介质条件下,使用高效捕收起泡剂酯112,最终获得了铜精矿铜品位25.22%,铜回收率88.03%;硫精矿硫品位42.12%,硫回收率91.28%;铁精矿铁品位68.90%,铁回收率13.92%的较好指标。

Abstract:An iron dressing plant in Peru produces 3.4 million tons of iron dressing tailings every year. The iron tailings contain copper, sulfur, iron and other valuable elements, which are of considerable value. In order to fully develop the tailings, it is proposed to carry out beneficiation tests. On the basis of the study of the properties of the raw ore, through a lot of exploratory tests, the principle process flow of copper-sulfur mixing-copper-sulfur separation-iron separation was determined. Under the condition of seawater medium, the high efficiency collecting and foaming agent ester 112 was used to obtain a copper concentrate with a copper grade of 25.22% and a copper recovery of 88.03%. Sulfur concentrate grade 42.12%, sulfur recovery 91.28%; The iron concentrate grade is 68.90% and the iron recovery is 13.92%.
