安徽某高硫金矿金硫综合回收工艺研究

摘    要:安徽某高硫金矿中银金矿与黄铁矿密切共生,被硫化物所包裹的金占64.51%。针对该矿石的特点,试验分别进行了抑硫选金再选硫及金硫混合浮选—浮选精矿氰化提金试验研究,研究结果表明,金硫混合浮选—浮选精矿氰化提金并回收硫的工艺为最佳方案,获得金总回收率84.90%、银总回收率36.29%、硫总回收率97.26%的金(银)精矿和硫精矿。

Abstract:The studied ore belongs to high sulfur bearings one, Ag-Au ore is closed to pyrite. parcel by sulfide gold accounted for 64.51%. According to the characteristics of the mine lime sulfur content is particularly high, Respectively the sulfur suppression to choose gold and sulfur and sulfur mixed flotation concentrate cyaniding gold sulfur two solutions, By the system, In detail, Eventually determine the process flow is: A phase of the coarse grinding, A roughing ,Two of scavenging, Then throw tailings. Leaching of gold and silver flotation concentrate and recovery of sulfur flotation cyanidation joint process, Won gold total recovery is 84.90%,Silver total recovery is 36.29%, 97.26% of the total sulfur recovery rate of products.
