摘    要:江西省某白钨矿在“双碳”背景下,围绕节能减排和节约土地(林地)资源为目的进行选矿试验研究,通过采用XRT分选粗抛废石、螺旋溜槽+摇床分级重选抛尾砂,实现粗抛早抛,废石、尾砂总产率为87.67%,WO3品位降为0.04%,粗抛早抛可以降低选矿作业能耗30%左右,粗抛早抛效果显著。摇床精矿和细泥采用浮选工艺流程,取得选矿指标(全矿)为:钨精矿1:产率0.31%、WO3品位75.20%,WO3回收率为56.32%;钨精矿2:产率0.18%、WO3品位46.10%,WO3回收率为20.05%。WO3总回收率达76.37%,选矿效果良好。对粗抛早抛的废石和尾砂进行综合利用分析,废石满足建筑用碎石的要求,尾砂满足机制砂特细砂要求。经估算,通过对废石和尾砂综合利用,大约节约土地(林地)16公顷,节约陆地碳汇1684.64 tC,”双碳”效果明显。

Experimental Study on the Beneficiation of a Scheelite Mine in Jiangxi Province under the Background of

Abstract:Under the background of "double carbon",a scheelite mine in Jiangxi Province has carried out beneficiation experimental study focusing on energy saving and emission reduction as well as saving land (forest) resources. By using XRT separation of coarse waste rock and spiral chute + shaker classification heavy separation of tailings,coarse waste rock and tailings can be achieved early discarding. The total yield of waste rock and tailings is 87.67%,and the grade of WO3 is reduced to 0.04%. Coarse early discarding can reduce the energy consumption of mineral processing by about 30%,and the effect of coarse early discarding is remarkable. The flotation process was adopted for shaker concentrate and fine mud,and the beneficiation indexes (the whole ore) were obtained as follows: tungsten concentrate 1: yield 0.31%,WO3 grade 75.20%,WO3 recovery 56.32%. Tungsten concentrate 2: yield 0.18%,WO3 grade 46.10%,WO3 recovery 20.05%. The total recovery of WO3 is 76.37%,and the beneficiation effect is good. The comprehensive utilization analysis of early discarded waste rock and tailings shows that the coarse waste rock meets the Crushed Stone for Construction and the tailings meets the extra fine sand of manufactured sand. It is estimated that the comprehensive utilization of waste rock and tailings can save about 16 hectares of land (forest) and 1684.64 tC of land carbon sink,and the "double carbon" effect is obvious.
