| 摘 要： | 对该铜矿矿石性质进行了初步研究及探索性条件试验,发现原生产流程存在着不足,对原生产工艺流程进行技术改进,使铜精矿品位提高1．88％,回收率提高2．91％。经济效益的初步计算表明,该新工艺每年可多回收铜金属约90t,净利润达150万元／a,实现了矿山资源扩大化和增收创税的双重目标。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the property of this kind of copper ore and find out some problem in the original production flowsheet. On the conditional experiments, a newly set of flowchart has been provided. It was obtained a copper grade of 20.50% with more than 82.79% recovery. The initial calculation of the economic performance express that the new flowsheet can increase copper more than 90t, the profits amounts to 1,500,000 RMB, annually, and at the same time carry out more utilization of resouirce and increase profits. |
