摘    要:广西某低品位难选铅锌矿含铅0.61%,含锌2.61%,选矿厂采用铅、锌各一次粗选、两次扫选、四次精选优先浮选工艺流程,因生产过程中,流程容易波动,影响铅锌浮选指标。为给现场工艺流程优化改造提供依据,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,对该矿石进行了选矿优化试验研究。试验结果表明,在原矿磨矿细度不变的条件下,通过优化铅锌的药剂制度,并对锌中矿进行再磨,闭路试验可获得铅精矿含铅52.78%、铅回收率43.36%,锌精矿含锌50.49%、锌回收率为86.50%。相比现场生产指标,铅精矿品位提高了7.67%,铅回收率提高了10.92%,锌回收率提高了4.35%,铅锌浮选指标得到了明显改善。

Tests of Beneficiation Optimization for a Low-Grade Lead-Zinc Sulfide Ore in Guangxi

Abstract:Abstract: Guangxi a low-grade lead-zinc sulfide ore contains 0.61% Pb, 2.52% Zn. The production operation of Concentrator is unstable and the phenomenon of flotation fluctuates greatly, which lead to bad lead-zinc production index. In order to provide basis for transformation of on-site process, based on the process mineralogy of the ore, the beneficiation optimization test was conducted. The results showed that lead concentrate contains 52.78% Pb with recovery of 43.36%, Zinc concentrate contains 50.49% Zn with recovery of 86.50% can be obtained through the optimization of flotation reagent system and regrinding the Zinc middling by the same grinding fineness of ROM. Compared with on-site process, the Pb grade and recovery of Lead concentrate increased by 7.67% and 10.92%, the recovery of Zinc concentrate increased by 4.35%. The flotation index of this lead-zinc ore have improved significantly.
