干式筒式磁选机联用技术研究及实践

摘    要:介绍了CTF和RTGX两种干式筒式磁选机的分选原理、结构特点和应用实践。应用实践表明,CTF双筒干式磁选机应用于承德滦平低贫钒钛磁铁矿预选,其尾矿抛废率达60%以上,尾矿磁性铁品位控制在0.6%以下;RTGX干式强磁选机应用于姑山铁矿可对30~60 mm粒级块状赤铁矿进行预富集;RTGX四筒强磁选机与CTF双筒干式磁选机联合使用应用于连云港石榴石矿干式分选,产品纯度高达92%以上。

Abstract:In this paper, the principle, structure and applications of CTF type and RTGX type dry drum magnetic separator are introduced. Applications show that, CTF type double-drum dry magnetic separator has been used in low grade vanadium-titanium magnetite preconcentration in Luanping in Chengde, the throw waste rate is more than 60% , the content of MFe in tailings has been controled blow 0.6%; RTGX dry magnetic separator can be used for preconcentration of 30~60mm coarse grained hematite in Gushan Iron Mine. The combination of RTGX four-cylinder magnetic separator and CTF double-cylinder dry magnetic separator have been used in garnet dry separation in Lianyungang, the product purity is more than 92%.
